Royal Ascot corporate hospitality packages are available for all five days of the 2020 Royal Meeting including the always popular Royal Ascot Ladies Day.
The Village Enclosure has a tempo of its own, with great views of the action, plenty of food and drink on offer in an atmosphere like no other.
The enclosure was introduced last year, making it the first enclosure to open at the Royal Meeting for more than 100 years.
The dress code is less formal than the Queen Anne Enclosure, but ladies are still expected to wear hats and gentlemen a suit and tie, allowing guests to join in the vibrant yet refined atmosphere.
As picnics can’t be taken in to this enclosure there are plenty of on-the-go street food options serving cuisines from across the globe, there’s even live DJs and bands playing until 9pm.
Here you will be at the heart of the day’s activity, you can enjoy views of the day’s six races, joining the crowds as they cheer each winner home.
Anyone booked into the Queen Anne Enclosure will have a front row seat as the Royal Procession passes by.
New for the enclosure in 2018 is ‘The Deck’ a private and spacious outdoor sun terrace, full of atmosphere and great views of the races complete with a live DJ.
After the last race is over, the celebrations will continue on the lawn around the Bandstand with guests joining in with a traditional sing-along.
The enclosure is named after the racecourse’s founding monarch, but it was the late Lady Jinny Beaumont, wife of the Clerk of the Course from 1969 to 1994, who first introduced the tradition of the bandstand, which has become synonymous with Royal Ascot.
Formerly known as the Silver Ring, guests will be able to enjoy a close-up view of the Royal Procession as it proceeds past the lawns of the Windsor Enclosure.
Catch the crowds erupting with excitement as the horses charge past the enclosure as they race towards the Winning Post.
The atmosphere in the Windsor Enclosure is light hearted with guests being able to enjoy all things fine with artisan food stalls, Champagne and Pimm’s bars.
This enclosure allows picnics, with pre-made options available to order and collect on the day, as well as picnic benches available to pre-book.
The enclosure doesn’t have a formal dresscode, but racegoers are still encouraged to dress to impress.
The Royal Enclosure space is transformed entirely for the Royal meeting and membership is by invitation only.
The Royal Enclosure is widely regarded as the historic heart of Royal Ascot.
Originally set aside for the running of the inaugural Gold Cup in 1807, it was a space exclusively reserved for the family, guests and Household of King George III.
Guests can even arrive in style using the private helicopter service on offer or using a non-stop Ascot Express train from London Waterloo.
It features idyllic gardens leading on to the Pre-Parade Ring, as well as having lots of Michelin star fine dining experiences on offer.
Guests can also enjoy exclusive access to the fourth-floor seated balcony of the Grandstand and viewing lawns that overlook the Winning Post.
Everything at Royal Ascot is to the highest standard. From the moment the Royal Procession begins until the end of the day, you will experience the very best in corporate hospitality.

Probably the most glamorous racing festival in the world, nothing compares to the splendour of the Royal meeting with the Queen and Prince Phillip making their daily procession by horse drawn carriage from Windsor Castle down the centre of the track before taking their seats in the Royal Box. The racing always lives up to the hype as will with some of the best flat racing.
The Royal Meeting’s spectacular heritage, unlike any other, has made the event anticipated and revered the world over. From the arrival of the Royal Procession at 2pm sharp to the communal singing around the Bandstand, with six top-class races between, each of the five days is unforgettable.
Royal Ascot is Britain’s most valuable race meeting, attracting many of the world’s finest racehorses to compete for millions of pounds in prize money (£7.3m in 2018). Our eighteen Group races, eight of them Group One, have made household names of Royal Ascot winners like Black Caviar, Frankel and Yeats. Each year the meeting is broadcast to audiences around the globe, yet to experience it in person is something altogether more special.
